GEXRadar LLC ("GEXRadar") is committed to making the GEXRadar platform, website, and associated tools (collectively, the "Service") accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We view digital accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to work to improve the experience for all users.

We aim to ensure that the Service is usable by people with a wide range of abilities. Accessibility is considered as part of our ongoing design and development process, and we welcome feedback that helps us identify and address barriers.

4. Data Visualizations and Alternatives

The Service presents gamma exposure ("GEX") information and related analytics through charts, heatmaps, and other visualizations that are inherently visual. Where reasonably practicable, we aim to provide the underlying values in an alternative, non-visual form — such as a text or tabular representation of key levels and values — so that users who cannot rely on the visual display can still access the underlying information. If you need GEXRadar data in an alternative format, please contact us using the details below and we will work with you to provide reasonable assistance.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The GEXRadar extensions and indicator packages operate on or within third-party charting and trading platforms — including TradingView, NinjaTrader 8, ATAS, MotiveWave, Sierra Chart, and Quantower — that are controlled by their respective operators. GEXRadar does not control the accessibility of those third-party platforms, and their accessibility is governed by the practices and policies of their operators. This Statement addresses the parts of the Service that GEXRadar controls.

6. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or features may not yet be fully accessible. Accessibility of certain complex, real-time, and interactive visualizations remains a work in progress. We are committed to addressing known issues over time and to considering accessibility in future updates. If you encounter a barrier that is not described here, we would like to hear about it.
