GEXRADAR provides analytical tools — gamma exposure, walls, gamma flip, unusual flow, macro signals — for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. We do not custody assets, route orders, or execute trades.
Options chain data is licensed from third-party market-data vendors and re-aggregated by our backend. Greeks (delta, gamma, vega, theta, rho, vanna, charm, vomma, zomma, speed, color) are computed server-side from that chain using the Black-Scholes-Merton model — our own implementation, no third-party greek feeds. Values are estimates and may differ from those reported by exchanges or other vendors. Data is real-time during regular trading hours (09:30 – 16:00 ET) and end-of-session quotes thereafter. Crypto options data (where applicable) is sourced from third-party public market-data APIs. Geographic restrictions may apply.

GEXRADAR is operated by GEXRADAR LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming. Its registered office of record is 30 N Gould St, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States — this is the address on file with the Wyoming Secretary of State for service of process and statutory notice; it is not a physical operating location. The service is offered remotely on a subscription basis under our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.
We comply with applicable consumer-protection and data-privacy regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in those jurisdictions.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
GEXRADAR does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We process the limited data we collect (account credentials, billing identifiers, usage logs needed to deliver the service) under our Privacy Policy.
If you are a California resident exercising your CCPA rights — or a resident of any state with similar consumer-privacy laws — you can submit a Do-Not-Sell or Do-Not-Share request by messaging us on Discord with the email address associated with your account and the request type. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days.
